Cookie policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the visitor's browser. Similar technologies include the browser's local storage and session storage. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. What bocsemarian.ro uses
The site is built to collect as little data as possible. We do not use marketing, advertising, analytics (such as Google Analytics) or profiling cookies, and we do not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party servers.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| bm_consent | Local storage, strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not appear on every page | 30 days |
| pt | Session storage, strictly necessary | Enables the page transition animation | Until the window is closed |
The contact form and the anti-spam check (captcha) do not store cookies in your browser. To limit automated messages, the server temporarily keeps a hashed form of the IP address for a few minutes.
3. Legal basis
Storage strictly necessary for the site to work and for the service you request is allowed without consent under Art. 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on privacy in electronic communications. We still inform you through the banner and ask for your agreement, for transparency.
4. Links to other websites
The site contains links to other websites, such as Google Maps. When you open them, their own cookie policies apply.
5. How to control your choice
The choice you make in the banner (accept or strictly necessary only) is valid for 30 days. After that, the banner appears again and we ask for your choice again. You can change your banner choice at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block storage in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary storage only affects the banner and the animations.
6. Changes and contact
If we add other types of cookies in the future, for example for statistics, we will update this page and ask for your consent before activating them. Questions: marianbocse@yahoo.com. See also the Privacy policy.
