About the lawyer

Experience you can rely on

Mr. Bocse Marian-Mihaita is a fully qualified lawyer and a member of the National Union of Romanian Bars. In more than 17 years of practice he has assisted individuals and companies in criminal cases, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency proceedings and dealings with public authorities.

He is entitled to plead before all courts in Romania, from first-instance courts to the High Court of Cassation and Justice. The same lawyer can therefore support your case throughout the proceedings, including appeals, whichever county the case is heard in.

He is also an insolvency practitioner, a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania (UNPIR). This lets him understand insolvency proceedings from the perspective of the debtor, the creditors and the persons appointed by the court.

Overview of the legal services offered by the Bocse Marian-Mihaita Law Office
Experience in practice

Knowledge of the law, tested in the courtroom

In more than 17 years of practice, the office has handled cases in very different fields: criminal and minor offence cases, civil and commercial litigation, employment disputes, insolvency and enforcement proceedings, challenges to administrative and tax decisions, as well as immigration, residence and citizenship procedures.

This diversity matters. Many legal problems do not belong to a single field: a commercial dispute may have a tax dimension, an employment conflict may involve the Labour Inspectorate or the Immigration Inspectorate, and an inheritance may end up in the land register. A lawyer who knows several branches of law sees the links between them and builds a complete strategy, not just a one-off answer.

Romanian legislation changes often and court practice keeps evolving. That is why we constantly follow legislative amendments, the decisions of the Constitutional Court and of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, as well as the relevant European rules, so that every case is handled on the basis of the rules in force.

  • Careful review of documents and evidence from the first discussion
  • A strategy tailored to each case, not standard solutions
  • Clear information about every stage of the procedure
